Serving Iron Range Family Caregivers Across the Lifespan

The Caring Connection
Each quarter we publish a newsletter which focuses on family caregiving issues and Range Respite programs and activities.  Read about important topics affecting family caregivers, other caregiving families in our area, the many volunteers that help us bring our programs to you, and our special events.

Good Grief Bereavement
Sympathy expression following the death of a loved one is complemented by mailings at 3, 6, and 12 months that address the grieving and loss issues caregivers face, helping the caregiver to remember that he/she is not forgotten and his/her needs are still important.

Hugs-N-Stitches
Blankets, quilts, and afghans, handmade by our Hugs-n-Stitches volunteers, are given as a “welcome” gift to families new to our caregiver programs.

Lending Library
Many times caregivers have difficulty getting away for any length of time.  Our library of books, audio tapes, and videos or DVDs  provides the opportunity to gain important information without attending a workshop or meeting.

Peer Support
The Administrative Staff have varied experiences in health and human services as well as caregiving.  Call us, or better yet, stop by the office to talk, laugh, cry, hug, and just share some time together!

For more information on our services, please contact us at 218-749-5051 or toll-free at 1-877-507-7324
or feel free to stop by our office and meet us!
