Caregiver Consultant Services

Serving Iron Range Family Caregivers Across the Lifespan

A Caregiver Consultant is here to help family caregivers access important resources to help them continue in their demanding roles of caring for their loved ones!  Advocacy, Case Management, Information and Referral Assistance, and Support Group Referrals are the basic services offered at no charge to Family Caregivers.  In addition, Family Mediation is a low-cost service aimed to get family members on the same page as complex care issues are managed.

Caregiver Consultants are trained in the local community resources so family caregivers can be directed to a myriad of services that will provide support, encouragement, training, and possibly financial assistance in caring for their loved ones.
