Range Respite was built on volunteerism. Our volunteers fulfill many roles that make a world of difference for our agency and family caregivers. They provide much needed services and skills that enable the agency to provide more resources for caregivers.
Range Respite is also associated with the Arrowhead RSVP and Northland Volunteer programs.

Support for Caregivers
Volunteers can help family caregivers get a much needed break by sitting with the person needing care while the caregiver takes some time for themselves. We ask volunteers to give 2-4 hours of time. This does not include any hands-on care, but is more of a “companion” situation. Training is provided.
We also have volunteers who have been trained to help facilitate Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes, and can help facilitate other group activities.
Special Event Support
Help Range Respite by volunteering your time helping us implement fundraising activities like our Poinsettia Sale, Caregiver Day, and other events.
Join our Board of Directors and help shape the future of Range Respite.
Assist our staff by answering the phone and helping with special projects, filing, mailings, and photocopying.
Bake ‘goodies’ at home that staff can serve at support groups, events, trainings, and meetings.
