Volunteers

Volunteers are an important ingredient in the success of Range Respite!
There are many ways to serve, whether it’s daily, weekly, monthly, or for special events.

Volunteer Opportunities

Respite Volunteer:  Give a family caregiver time to take a break
by spending your time with their loved one.

Special Events Volunteer:  Support special events, like our poinsettia
and Pennies Make a Difference fundraiser.

Office Volunteer:  Assist staff by answering the telephone, filing, photocopying,
or assembling packets in our office.

Baking Volunteer:  Bake “goodies” at home for support groups, trainings,
meetings, and other important events.

Maintenance Volunteer:  Keep our Range Respite House well maintained.

Gardening Volunteer:  Plant, feed, water, and weed flower gardens in our Respite House yard.

Lawn & Shoveling Volunteer:  Snow removal or lawn mowing.

Hugs ‘n’ Stitches:  Make blankets, quilts, or other items for people
of all ages who have special needs.

We want our volunteers to enjoy what they do,
so all of our volunteers are encouraged to contribute in an area that meets their needs and interests.
